Our commitment

Pasadena Clinical Group is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. This site is designed to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Legal context

We design and operate this site to conform with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., particularly Title III; Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794d (where applicable); the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, Civil Code § 51 et seq.; and the California Disabled Persons Act, Civil Code § 54 et seq. Where a conflict exists between a stated technical standard and a legal requirement, the legal requirement controls.

Office accessibility

Our Pasadena office is in a fully ADA-compliant building (301 N. Lake Ave, STE 600). Wheelchair access, accessible restrooms, and elevator service are available. Sessions can also be conducted via telehealth if traveling to the office is a barrier.

Feedback and accommodations

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please contact us at office@pasadenaclinicalgroup.com or call (626) 354-6440. We commit to a response within five (5) business days. For session-related accommodations (alternative formats, ASL interpretation requests, etc.), tell us at intake.

Ongoing improvement

We test the site against WCAG 2.2 AA criteria and remediate findings on an ongoing basis. The "last accessibility audit" date above reflects our most recent formal review.

Good-faith efforts and limitation of liability

The Practice's commitment to accessibility is a good-faith, ongoing effort. Despite reasonable efforts and continuous testing, some content (including third-party content embedded from external services) may not be fully accessible at all times. Reporting an issue to the Practice will trigger remediation; this Statement does not constitute a guarantee that every page or feature meets WCAG 2.2 AA at every moment in time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Practice nor any other Indemnified Party (as defined in our Terms & Conditions) is liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of any accessibility issue, particularly where the Practice has not had a reasonable opportunity to remediate. Disputes are governed by Sections 9, 10, and 11 of our Terms (limitation of liability, indemnification, and mandatory mediation followed by binding individual arbitration), except where applicable law (including the ADA's administrative process) provides an exclusive forum.

Filing a complaint

If you believe you have been denied access in violation of the ADA or California civil-rights law, you may contact the Practice using the information above, file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice (ada.gov/file-a-complaint), or contact the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing / Civil Rights Department.
